Develop a detailed budget for each event, including a breakdown of expenses such as venue rental, catering, decor, entertainment, and more.

Provide cost estimates and recommendations for staying within budget.

Venue Selection:
Scout and recommend suitable venues for the engagement party or bridal shower based on your preferences and budget.

Negotiate contracts and secure reservations.





Catering and Menu Planning:
Collaborate to design customized menus for the event, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Arrange tastings with potential catering vendors (if applicable).

Coordinate the catering logistics, including food service, bar options, and rentals.

Assist with the selection and procurement of party favors for guests.

Help organize a gift registry for the bridal shower.

Payment and Invoicing:
Handle payment and invoicing for all vendors, ensuring all financial matters are settled efficiently.
